2008. In 1996,
native Texans Rick and Pryor were empty
nesters living near Silver City, New
Mexico. After years of running a successful
business as professional hunting guides, the
two decided to relocate back to Texas
where Rick’s sister was a Realtor. “She was
always bragging about the opportunities in
Texas. Since we had family out there we
decided to make the move,” Rick remembers.
