If there was to be a queen of niche
marketing, Marietta Alba would most likely
be it! As far back as 1983, at a time when
rental and relocation programs were few and
far between, her descent upon the San
Antonio real estate market was not only timely,

– virtually do whatever we can to facilitate the
move…to make the client’s trip to San
Antonio as simple and seamless as possible.

stay, to providing designer furniture, housekeeping

Rental Source of Austin, Inc. to meet the

with Apartment & Relocation Center in San
Antonio In 2007, the company was consolidated
with San Antonio’s Apartment &
Relocation Center to serve both markets in
apartment leasing and corporate housing.
The companies also serve global
clients through their partnership with

Housing Professional (CCHP), and also holds

Council, Marietta has also received the
Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and
Global Mobility Services (GMS) to assist the

Marietta is also a Graduate of the Texas
REALTORS® Leadership Program and is
Chair of the 2009 TRLP class.
She has served twice as SABOR’s
TREPAC Chairman and now as a TREPAC
Trustee. She currently is Chair Elect of the
San Antonio Board of REALTORS® and in
2010, Marietta will also serve as Chair of the
San Antonio Board of REALTORS®.
