into its third full year and we would like to
thank everyone for their enthusiastic support,
ongoing positive feedback, and most
importantly your support of area Builders!
We started the Builder Guide after
we realized there was no online place to
go for current Builder information. For
REALTORS, we wanted to provide a centralized
portal where you could access via
computer or phone updated Builder information
without foraging through pages of
advertisements or other unrelated information.
Basically, we wanted to make the
job of selling more New Construction
homes easier!
For Builders, its proven that
aggressive and proactive outreach to the
Real Estate Community must be a part of
their core business, and our goal is to
facilitate those outreach goals. Without

builder emails were transmitted in 2008
supporting over 45 Builders throughout

four-hour guarantee means
whenever Builders need to communicate
to the Real Estate
Community, we are there! Many

REALTOR Business Development classes
average 200 RSVP’s! We look forward to
having these courses certified in 2009 for
Continuing Education credit.
SPECIAL EVENTS - We
ALWAYS enjoy bringing Builder and
Bertha Luna, Steve Tyson
Real Estate professionals together with
activities that focus on networking with
fellow industry professionals. Our 2008
HALLOWEEN Builder-REALTOR Rally
in San Antonio drew ALMOST 1000
REALTOR participants and is recognized
as one of the largest industry events in
many years!
We are proud to be a part of the San
Antonio community and look forward to
