The Realtor Service Center showcases
the talents of two sales consultants,
Jennifer Schmidt and Stephanie Castillo,
who also act as Online Sales Consultants for
buyers who contact them from the Centex
Homes website. Schmidt and Castillo provide
assistance with the 23 Centex Homes’
communities, in order to find the right
neighborhood and home that meets your
client’s needs.

therefore the more information you provide
about your client, the more this service will
benefit you and the quicker it will get you
headed in the right direction. Finally, your
consultant will set an appointment with a
sales counselor in your community of interest
to ensure you and your client will get
one-on-one assistance.
So are there hidden fees or
penalties?
“Nope. Realtors don’t pay anything,
nor do they see a reduction in commission.
We provide this service to help make things
easier on them. Centex Homes Onsite Sales
Counselors are compensated exactly the
same, regardless of whether a realtor helps a
buyer into one of our homes. So there is no
reason why you wouldn’t use our service –
it’s too good to pass up,” says Schmidt.
