Meritage/Legacy Homes Welcomes Three
ANTHONY HUNTLEY
Meritage and Legacy Homes are
pleased to announce the latest additions to
their Sales Manager Team; Mike
Anthony, Debbie Huntley and Kelly
Smith.
Mike Anthony is the Sales
Manager at Loma Vista, a Legacy Homes
community at I-35 and Topperwein. He
has been selling new homes since 1996.
Originally from Mexico City, Mike is at
home in the San Antonio market and able
to use his bilingual skills with a wide
variety of customers. When not in his
community, you can find him showing his
Corvette at local events or at the gym
training for his new hobby, running 5k’s.
Debbie Huntley is a Sales Manager

Kelly Smith is the Sales Manager
at Hearthstone Ranch, a beautiful community
in Helotes. Kelly has been in the
real estate business since 1994. After
many years with various builders and
being an independent real estate agent, he
researched the different new home
builders and after careful consideration
chose Meritage/Legacy Homes as the
builder of his choice when re-entering the
new home profession. When he is not
working, Kelly enjoys spending time with
his family and playing golf.

Trafton has been in the real estate
business for eight years, has recently
received her ABR and is working on getting
her GRI. She received her education
at San Antonio College and is on her last

Management. Trafton is retired Civil service

Club, with check-in at 11:00 AM and
