Champions School
of Real Estate
“My mother started her real estate
career in Plano as a broker. When we
moved to Houston in the early 1980’s,
she realized there really was no place for
Realtors to go for quality training in real
estate,” shares Kim Dydalewicz, Vice
President of Sales and Marketing and
Campus Manager for the San Antonio
Division of Champions School of Real
Estate. “In 1983, she opened Champions
School of Real Estate and did EVERY-
THING herself! She registered students,
designed courses and taught the students.
She was amazing.” Twenty-five years
later, Champions School has campuses in
San Antonio, Dallas and Houston and
trains over 50,000 students per year.
“We are certainly proud to have
served the Texas real estate community
for the past 25 years and to show our
appreciation, we have rolled back our
MCE (Mandatory Continuing Education)
prices to our 1983 rates,” continues
Dydalewicz. The company website at
www.championsschool.com provides all
the course information offered at each
campus. The San Antonio campus is
located at 10000 San Pedro, Suite 100.
Champions School offers core courses in
State Licensing for real estate professionals,
mortgage lending, appraisals and
inspectors. Continuing education is
offered in all subjects as well.
The success of Champions School
lies in the dedication of its founder, Rita
Santamaria. With her love of real estate
and a Master’s Degree in Education from
Florida State, Santamaria understood the
intricate process of developing a curriculum
for those desiring to enter a new profession
and meet the needs of those who
are required to maintain a license through
the state. Her dedication and hard work
has been recognized over the years with
countless awards. Most recently,
Sanatmaria was honored as the Texas
Business Woman of the Year for WCR of
Texas 2007 and she was inducted into the
National Association of Realtors Hall of
Fame in 2003.

Champions
offers a ‘family’
feel to their students
and that is
because it is still
a family owned
and operated
business—even
after 25 years.
We have monthly
management
meetings to discuss
what our students
need and
how we can keep
our campuses
inviting. Our
campuses are finished
out in a
very warm and
homey atmosphere.
We make
our campuses a
showplace and
treat our student like the professionals
they are everyday. Aesthetics are
extremely important and we want to create
an inviting learning atmosphere.”
notes Dydalewicz.
“I opened Chapmions School in
1983 to bring the ‘total learning experience’
to new licensees. The total experience
means, current information on what
is happening in real estate today, qualified
instructors who love to teach, and a
learning environment that says ‘Welcome
and thank you for choosing our school.’
Our goal is to help you achieve excellence
through our quality education,”
Kim Dydalewicz, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
and Campus Manager
shares Santamaria, President of the company.
Students can choose from live
classes, correspondence or online for real
estate, loan officer, mortgage brokerage,
appraiser and inspector professionals.
Classes are offered seven days a week
with day, evening and weekend schedules
available. Champions School of Real
Estate’s education courses are supported
by quality instructors, award winning
curriculum and a customer focused staff
whose mission is to ensure you achieve
and maintain success in your real estate
career.
