Linda Swaim has been licensed in real
estate for the past year. She has been an ICU
nurse for the past 25 years and is currently
employed at Texsan Heart Hospital. She and
her husband, Sam, operate a hardware sales
company and have 2 children, Lindsay and
Matt.
Rosario Alferez was born and raised in
northwest Mexico. She came to the United
States in 1974 when he married and lived in El
Paso. In 2001 she moved to San Antonio. Since
the first time she came here, she knew this was
the perfect city in which to spend the rest of her
life. She has two beautiful daughters and three
wonderful grandkids that live in Austin, TX.
Alferez enjoys the outside life, walking,
bike riding and playing tennis. She loves the
nice weather and the hill country. Coming from
a small town and a big family, she learned good
values and to appreciate every opportunity.

Linda Hanson was born and raised in
San Antonio. She has worked as a registered
nurse for the last 25 years in the intensive care
units. It has been a rewarding and fulfilling profession.
She has two lovely daughters. The oldest
is a graduate of Texas Lutheran University
with a double major in chemistry and math and
a minor in business. The youngest daughter
will graduate in May from the same university
with a double major in psychology and biology.
Now it is her turn to pursue a new career in real
