KB Home Brings New Design Trends To Trails At Herff Ranch
KB Home has announced that it is
introducing three new home collections at its
Trails at Herff Ranch community in Boerne.
The 25 available floor plans offer buyers
many different design choices as part of its
Built to Order process. Three fully furnished
model homes showcasing the new designs are
open daily. Prices currently start in the

been named a runner-up in this year’s contest.
In collaboration with Scholastic, the global
children’s publishing, education and media
company, the “My Home: The American
Dream” contest invited students to share their
personal stories about how their houses, apartments,
or condominiums are not just structures
and 4-foot garage extensions on select floorplans.

three sides masonry on exteriors and privacy

Interstate Highway 10 West to Boerne. Exit
U.S. business Highway 87 (exit 542) and
head north. Turn right on Highway 46 East.

two miles past the intersection of
Herff Road to Herff Ranch Boulevard. Turn
right at the light and proceed on Herff Ranch
Boulevard past Cibolo Creek Elementary
School to the 4-way stop at Lasso Falls. Turn
right on Lasso Falls and the model home park
is immediately on the right on Lone Star.

Thurman Comes Out On Top In San Antonio

Troy Hallmark to its
senior management
team as Vice President
HALLMARK of Operations.
Hallmark has
held management positions in sales, mortgage
lending and construction with some of
San Antonio’s most well-known builders
and real estate companies. With current
Imagine Homes principals John Friesenhahn
and Jim Bastoni, they created a new home
building company in the mid-1990s. Most
recently, Hallmark was President of a San
Antonio Division for a major builder, after
serving as President of the builder’s in-house
mortgage company.
He has also been director of sales and
marketing with Connell Barron Homes,
thanks to you, John Thurman came
out as the top residential real estate
sales agent in San Antonio for 2007.
The award was based on overall
sales for a single agent.

Realtors, and as a member of Young Leaders

has been married 15 years to wife Mitzi and
has a 7-year-old daughter, Haley.
