Kostos.
James Espinar is a Sales Manager
at Cibolo Vista, a Legacy Homes community
off of I-35 and FM 1103. James
brings 5 years of new homes sales experience,
is bi-lingual, and enjoys working
with all types of buyers. James has been
married for 22 years and has three sons,
ages 21, 9 and 8. James enjoys vacationing
at the coast with his family.
Don Reilly recently joined Legacy
Homes as a Sales Manager at Cibolo
Vista. Don has 20 years sales experience

as the 2007 Realtor of
the Year by the Texas
Association of
HALE
Realtors. The
announcement was
made at the state association’s Winter
Meeting awards ceremony in Austin.
Hale was chosen for his years of
dedicated service and outstanding contributions
to the real estate industry through
involvement in the local, state and national
Realtor organizations.
The award for Realtor of the Year
is the state association’s most prestigious
honor. The winner is selected from all
candidates nominated by local associations
of Realtors, and is chosen by the
Texas Association of Realtors
Nominating Committee, which consists
of one Realtor member from each of 16
working with all types of
buyers. Don has spent the
last 3 years in new homes
sales as a top sales producer.
Don is a father of two, enjoys
spending time with his family,
as well as biking and playing
tennis. When he is not
selling homes, he enjoys
playing guitar in the summer
months on Friday nights at La Hacienda
de Los Barrios Mexican Restaurant.
Nathan Kostos is a Sales Manager
at Rolling Meadows located in northeast
San Antonio near the intersection of Loop
1604 and Nacogdoches. Nate was born in
Cleveland, Ohio and attended Kent State
University where he received his degree in
Human Resource Management. After
retiring from the Air Force in 2001 as a
Chief Master Sergeant, he started his
career in new home sales and has been in
the business for 7 years. Nate has been
married for 26 years and is the proud
father of 9 children and 7 grandchildren.
State association honors Dwight Hale with
Realtor of the Year

has many years as a

regions throughout the state. The honor
recognizes only one Realtor in Texas each
year and is based on local, state and
national service, individual accomplishments,

Hale has held numerous leadership
positions in local, state and national
Realtor associations. He served as chairman
of SABOR in 2004 and was chosen
San Antonio Realtor of the Year in 2005.
At the state level, Hale has chaired the
Education and Member Benefits
Committees, and has served on the association’s
Legislative Management Team.
He is the current vice chairman of NAR
Political Involvement Committee.
A big proponent of continuing
education, Hale has earned nine advanced
real estate designations and certifications.
He also teaches real estate courses as an
instructor for the Texas Graduate Realtors
Institute, and was elected by his peers to
serve as the Texas Association of Realtors
2009 secretary/treasurer.

Association of Realtors®.
Wilson, a consistent top producer
specializing in luxury properties, was the
listing agent for the highest recorded MLS
sale in San Antonio in 2005. Licensed as a
Realtor® in 1984, she has also been certified
as a General Real Estate Appraiser in
Texas.
