Stewart Joins the Phyllis Browning Company

Stewart as a sales
associate. Stewart is
located in the company’s
north central
STEWART office and specializes
in the sale of residential,
commercial and investment properties.
Prior to becoming a Realtor®,
Stewart worked in the area of sales,
serving as a sales representative. In
2003, she received her real estate license
and was associated with a major real
estate firm in the Houston area for several
years before moving to San
Antonio.
Stewart is a member of
SABOR, NAR and TAR In addition, she
has been actively involved in her community,
volunteering with the United
Service Organizations of Houston, the
Susan G. Komen Foundation, Friends of
the Library of Kingwood and the
Children’s Miracle Network. A native
Texan, Stewart attended Sam Houston

The Texas State Chapter of Women’s
Council of REALTORS® gives the
Business Woman of The Year Award to
Mickey Ferrell.
Mickey has been a real estate
Professional since 1974 and a broker since
1976. She holds the CRB, CRS, GRI and
E-Pro designations and is a twelve-year
member of WCR, a Director SABOR from
2000 – 2006, a Region 7 Representative for
TAR in 2000, President of the Seguin
Board of REALTORS® in 1991 and was
President of the New Braunfels/Canyon
Lake Association of REALTORS® in 1999
and 2000.
Mickey is known as “Queen of the
Waterfront” around Lake McQueeney,
where she resides and is acting as a founding
Director of the Friends of Lake
McQueeney.
Over her career, she has built her
business on the ideas of high integrity and
good service and the same applies to her
relationship with her agents. She is a strong
advocate for REALTOR® education and
encourages all agents to continue their education
as much as possible.
She is involved and gives back to her
community; She sponsors many organizations
such as The More House, which benefits
the Seguin Conservation Society and
many, many others. She also sits on the
Board of First Commercial Bank.
