Investment Realty Company, L.C.

Creation Christian Plaza I to Now Word
Church. The sale was handled by
Stephen Raub, the President of
Investment Realty Company. The new
Creation Christian Plaza is a 44,000
square foot flex office facility on
Nacogdoches Road. Now Word Church
will convert this facility and use it for
their growing church.
New Creation purchased the property
in the early 1990’s and used it until
2001, when they purchased the former
Trinity Church property on Loop 410 at
Four Winds Drive in Windcrest. Mike
