Beatriz Prince is originally from
Monterrey, Mexico where she obtained her
real estate license in 1991 and owned her
own real estate office, La Venta Bienes
Raices in San Pedro Garza, Garcia for eight
years. Recognizing a need for the clients that
wanted property in the United States, particularly
in Texas and the San Antonio area, she
moved to San Antonio in 1997. She now
holds a duel citizenship and is currently representing
clients on an international level.

of her new KB Home in Cibolo.The 5bedroom

upgrades in the home. SSGT Hilliard
was unaware when she opened the door
to her new home it was fully furnished
with model home furniture provided by
KB Home.
