So, you ask, “what’s new with
CRS?” To begin, the National Council of
Residential Specialists has added some
outstanding benefits to help you get started
on the road to success. As of 2008, you
can take online courses to earn your designation

connect” as an online tool to share information,
ask questions or provide advice
with other CRS members. You can also
search for templates, tutorials, scripts,
audio programs, education materials and
see all the latest recommended products
that will help improve your business.
Even the Residential Specialist Magazine
(both print and online) has a new look.

Whether you are just entering real
estate or are a “seasoned” agent, the CRS
courses make a difference in how you conduct
your everyday real estate business.
The core CRS courses are the foundation
for you to build on. Pick your learning
preference… Take a 2-day classroom
course or select an online course. (The
CRS E-Learning program can be taken
from any PC with an Internet connection.)
Once you’re done, choose from a variety
of topics to fulfill the elective requirements.
As your president, I personally
challenge you to earn the CRS designation
and be among the top 4% of all professional
Realtors in the U.S. I look forward
to seeing you soon!!!
