after completing 18 hours of course

Imagine Homes Wins City Of San Antonio Green
Building Award
The City of San Antonio had
announced Imagine Homes is a winner in
the 2009 Green Building Awards. The
award was presented at a luncheon at the
International Center downtown on May 8
in San Antonio.
Imagine Homes received the award
in the Single Family Production Home
category for a new Build San Antonio
Green and Energy Star certified home in
its Lakeview neighborhood. This means
the home is 32% more energy efficient
than a typical new home saving the homeowner
money every month on their utility
bill. This is accomplished using a conditioned
attic space with spray foam in the
walls and under the roof deck, a Carrier 15
SEER air conditioning system engineered
for this home, vinyl frame windows with
low-e glass, a Noritz tankless water heater,
Energy Star appliances and Carom highefficiency
dual flush toilets.
