2 Heads Romaine, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
8 Green Onions, chopped
2 Tsps. salt
1 Tsp. Pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan
1/8 cup Romano Cheese
2 Large Avocados, diced
2/3 cup Grapeseed or Canola Oil
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup Rice Vinegar
In the bottom of a large bowl, mix green onions, avocado and
garlic, combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and cheeses.
Mix well and add to bowl. Place lettuce on top but DO NOT toss.
Chill covered for up to 8 hours. Toss just before serving and
ENJOY! YUM YUM! Serves 6-8.
