Staging Tips For A
Great First Impression
Part VII
Flowers are Important- Inside and Outside
Professionally Staged homes usually are graced with fresh
flowers and you can get a similar effect simply by raiding the
yard.
• Take clippings of branches or twigs and put them in a large vase
in the corner of a room to add height.
• Something as simple as fern fronds and wild flowers add
splashes of cheerful color that will make your rooms appear
more alive.
• Flowers are one of the easiest and least expensive ways to
make the front look inviting and instantly increase curb appeal.
• Especially during spring and summer, take advantage of the
season by planting pots and flower boxes.
• Choose colorful flowers that will be in bloom when selling. You
can put together several very nice planter boxes and pots of
flowers together for well under $100.
• One of the nice things about using flowers is that you'll see the
results immediately.
And so will buyers visiting your home!
