The Alamo Ranch office welcomes
Eugene Herbert. Originally from
Denver, Colorado, Eugene spent 7 years
Avalar announced the recent merging
of two of their San Antonio offices.
Kent Hicks and Associates has merged
their operations with San Antonio Avalar,
according to Kent Hicks, Broker. “This
will streamline our operations and allow
us to provide better services to our agents
and customers.” Mr. Hicks went on to say
his agents would benefit from the high
level of energy the San Antonio Avalar
office exhibits. “In addition,” Hicks said,
“our agents will be provided an advanced
level of training in Real Estate and
in the Army before coming to
San Antonio. While in the
military, Eugene spent time
in Afghanistan in support of
Operation Enduring
Freedom. For the last year,
Eugene has been working in
Iraq as a contractor for the
Department of Defense.
Eugene is the proud father of
10 month old Lucas Herbert, and is
excited about starting his new career in
Real Estate.

Oak Boulevard welcomes Samuel
Lozano. Originally from McAllen,
Texas, Samuel has lived in Monterrey,
Mexico where he earned his Electrical
Engineering degree. He has spent the
last six and a half years in San Diego,
California and was a RE/MAX agent for
4 years before moving to San Antonio
last September. This proud father of
three awesome kids is determined to provide

RE/MAX Chooses Date For CMN Golf Tournament
Area RE/MAX offices have
announced a date for their annual golf
tournament. The third annual San
Antonio Council Golf Tournament to
benefit Children’s Miracle Network and
the local Christus Santa Rosa Children’s
Hospital has been set for Monday,
October 27 at the Club at Sonterra, site
of last year’s event. In coordination with
the holiday, the group will also host a
Monster Mash Halloween Party on
Sunday evening preceding the tourney at
the Club.
Founded in 1983, Children's
Miracle Network generates health care
funds and awareness programs to benefit
children. The nonprofit organization's
170 participating hospitals across North
America help 17 million children annually.
RE/MAX Sales Associates are

received by Children's Miracle Network
from RE/MAX are the direct result of
Associates' efforts rather than solicited
