The CRS designation…Certified
Residential Specialist…is the PHD of the
Real Estate industry. Did you know the first
CRS designation was given over 30 years
ago? Besides being the best source of agent
referrals, members enjoy the networking with
other top agents to learn new ideas and seize
new opportunities. And today, we have the
advantage of cell phones, e-mail, fax
machines, and computers!
It is a known fact that the CRS
designee earns a higher income, receives better
training, provides better service to customers
and clients, are much more professional,
and are better educated to answer
inquiries. Also, the CRS core courses (CRS
200, 201,202) are held throughout the United
States in selected areas.

CRS Chapter will be offering these courses:
Oct. 2-3rd CRS 206, The Technology Course
Oct. 17th Driving Prospects to Your Website
Oct. 30th Ed Guerrero’s Tax Course, which
is the last course of the year.
The last CRS luncheons are October
21st at 11:00am at the Sonterra Country Club,
and December 4th which is for the installation
of your new president, Sue Trautner.

Oakley, stated we are more than half way to
raising our goal of $5,000 for the Warrior and
Family Support Center. We are stocking the
kitchen with supplies and equipment for the
recovering war heroes and their family members,
and in that way, they can prepare home
cooked meals during their stay. For more
information about the Warrior and Family

Lastly, your annual Alamo Area
Chapter membership dues are $60.00 a
year…and you do not need to have a CRS
