In September WCR is full of activities.
First on September 3rd we featured a
“Families in Real Estate” Fashion Show.
Clothes were displayed from Dillard’s
North Star mall and committee chair
Kristen Alexander and Shannon Miller
worked hard as well as over a dozen models
to make this event a success.
Models featured included mother
and daughter teams, Debbie Acosta and
Jenny Bingham, Rita Santamaria and Kim
Dydalewicz, Brynn and Sandy Mushiniski,
Darlene and Aisha Minor, and Annette
Slater with stand in daughter Jackie
Browning. Other models were husband
and wife Rae and Art Saldana, and father
and daughter Scott and Amber Emerson.
Thanks also goes out to our models that
joined our team late in the game, Shannon
Miller, Sandy Peerman, Amber Price, and
Rene Hausman of Phyllis Browning.

The TAR Convention, held
September 6-11, allowed us to visit with

WCR- Where It All Comes Together
members from across the state. Our WCR
chapter held a welcome reception on
September 5 at Pat O’Briens across from
the WCR host hotel, the Hyatt Regency. It
was a great time for networking and we
had a good representation from our membership.
On September 12th our chapter held
its third quarter community outreach event.
A Tribute to Our Troops raised funds for
The Fisher House and the music of Ruben
V was a treat to all members and our guests
who proudly served our country.
Don’t miss our new member breakfast
on September 16 at La Peep on Stone
Oak sponsored by Wall Homes. Come out
and learn what WCR is all about in a less
formal atmosphere.
Next month our meeting is October
1st, and our speaker is Kevin Wolff. Mark
your calendars and rsvp early in November
as we hear from our city manager Cheryl
