will be installed as the 2009 SABOR Board of
Directors and Executive Committee on
December 11th 2008 at the Marriott Plaza on

In addition to the individuals below who
are being installed, the following individuals comprise
the remaining Board of Directors for 2009:
Bob Leonard, Immediate Past Chairman of the
Board, Scott Caballero who will begin his second
three-year term, John Crone, Judy Dalrymple,
Esther Lemieux, Missy Stagers, Darlene Minor
who will begin her second three-year term, Andy
Mushinski, Patsy Oakley, Yolanda Pearson, Linda
Rasmussen, and Sue Trautner.
Florence Terrell – 2009
Chairman of the Board
Florence Terrell will be installed as the
San Antonio Board of REALTORS® 2009
Chairman of the Board. She has been a REAL-
TOR® member for almost 29 years.
Ms. Terrell has been involved with
SABOR since the mid-90’s and has served on
Property Management, the REALTOR®Awards
Committee, TREPAC, Governmental Affairs,
REALTOR® Image and Communications during
her time at the Board, just to name a few. She
chaired the Equal Opportunity Housing committee
and is involved with affiliated organizations

such as GRI and Women’s Council of REAL-
TORS®.
Ms. Terrell has designations in CRS, GRI,
PMN, ALHS, Texas Affordable Housing
Specialist, and is Referral Relocation Certified.
She is also a 2005 graduate of the Texas REAL-
TORS® Leadership Program.
Marietta Alba – 2009
Chairman-Elect
Marietta Alba has been elected to serve as
2009 Chairman-Elect. Ms. Alba has been the
Broker/Owner of Apartment & Relocation
Center, a rental relocation service center, since
1983 and has held her real estate license for over
29 years.
In 2003, she was President of the
Women’s Council of REALTORS® and in 2004
joined the Board of Directors at SABOR. From
2005-2007, she was TREPAC Chairman of
SABOR and in 2008 was elected Executive
Committee Member-at-Large for the San
Antonio Board of REALTORS®. Most recently
she was elected to serve as a 2009-2011 TAR
TREPAC Trustee.
Ms. Alba has real estate designations and
licenses including being a CRP and GMS. She
also has designations in PMN and is a CCHP and
is Referral Relocation Certified. Additionally, Ms.
Alba is a 2006 graduate of the Texas REAL-
TORS® Leadership Program .

Scott Caballero, real estate and mortgage
Broker of Caballero & Associates Realty, in addition
to being appointed to a second term as
Director, has also been elected as 2009
Secretary/Treasurer for the Board.
Mr. Caballero has been in real estate over
13 years and is a real estate instructor and course
writer at the SABOR Real Estate School. He
holds many designations including GRI, CRS,
ABR, ASR, TAHS and ALHS and is also a graduate
from the 2005 class of the Texas REAL-
TORS® Leadership Program .
Mr. Caballero has been active in many
SABOR committees including Property
Management, REALTOR® Image and the
Grievance committee during his time as a REAL-
TOR®. At the state level, he is a member of the
Utilities and Infrastructure task force.

Both of her
parents were
active real

and she is currently
the Broker/Owner of ERA Legend Realty
with her husband of 30 years, Ron Reyes.
Ms. Reyes has chaired and vice-chaired
several committees including the REAL-
TOR®/Builder Committee, the Equal Housing
Opportunity Committee and the Education
Committee. She has also served on the Grievance
Committee, Professional Standards and the 2008
TAR Convention Task Force.

In addition to the many committees she
has been part of, Ms. Reyes has also expanded her
real estate knowledge and education by receiving
designations in GRI, CRS, and is a 2008 graduate
of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program.
David Rosow – Member at

Rosow has
been elected
as an

Large for
SABOR in
2009. Mr.
R o s o w
obtained his
real estate
salesman’s
David Rosow
license in 1973
and Brokers
license in 1975. He was the Administrator of the
Academy of Real Estate in San Antonio for several
years before joining Rosow and Kline
REALTORS® as the Director of
Training/Operations. Mr. Rosow worked for the
U.S. Department of Justice for 22 years until he
retired in 2004 and joined Bradfield Properties as
their trainer until 2006. He is presently VP of
Professional Development with Coldwell Banker
D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. Mr. Rosow was
elected as a Director for SABOR in 2007 and
serves on several committees for TAR and
SABOR, and is also an instructor at the SABOR
Real Estate School.
Mr. Rosow is a 2007 graduate of the Texas
REALTORS® Leadership Program and most
recently was elected as a 2008 TAR Director.

Swope, REALTORS®, has been elected to be
Director of the Board at SABOR for 2009-2011.
