Ms. Swope has been licensed for 29 years and
primarily specializes in residential real estate.
She has been involved at all levels of the
Association of REALTORS® including her
service as Chairman of the Communications
Committee at the state level in 1990 and then at
the national level in 1991. She was also
involved with the REALTORS® Land Institute
during the 1990’s. Most recently, Ms. Swope
was part of the Forms committee at SABOR in
2007.
In addition to serving at SABOR, Ms. Swope
has also served as the President of the Kendall
County Board of REALTORS®.
Ms. Swope was awarded the REALTOR® of
the Year award in 1984 and was named the
Farm & Land Broker of the Year for the State of
Texas in 1990.
Ms. Swope has designations in many fields
including ALC, CRS and GRI, and has been the
trainer for her company since 1985.
Jackie Galvan - 2009-2011
Director for SABOR
Jackie Galvan of RE/MAX Preferred has been
elected to a Board of Director position for 2009-
2011 at SABOR, and has been very involved
with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®
during her three years as a real estate licensee.
She has invested her time with various committees
such as TREPAC, Governmental Affairs,
REALTOR® Image, REALTOR®/Builder
and the GAC/TREPAC speaker’s program. In
2007, she was the TREPAC Vice Chairman and
currently holds the 2008 TREPAC Chairman
position. Ms. Galvan is also a 2006 graduate
from the Texas REALTORS® Leadership
Program, and in 2005 was awarded the
SABOR Affiliate of the Year award.

Patrick “Pat” McCaffrey - 2009-
2011 Director for SABOR
Patrick B. McCaffrey, also known as “Pat,” has
been elected as a Board of Director to SABOR
for 2009-2011. Mr. McCaffrey is a
Commercial Escrow Officer who specializes in
1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. He has had his
real estate license for 27 years and is a Certified
Exchange Specialist through the Federation of
Exchange Accommodators, a Notary for the
State of Texas, and a Licensed Escrow Officer.
He is also a TREC certified instructor for the
“Legal” and “Ethics” MCE classes and 1031
Exchanges at SABOR.
Mr. McCaffrey’s has been involved with
SABOR through the REALTOR®
Commercial Alliance (RCA) committee for the
last 10 years. He is also an active participant in
CCIM. Additionally, he is a 2008 graduate from
the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program
(TRLP).
Steven Gragg - 2009-2011 Director for
SABOR
Steven Gragg, of Keller Williams Legacy, will
be serving as a Director for SABOR during
2009-2011. Mr. Gragg has been in real estate
for 26 years. He obtained his Broker’s license
in 1985 and more recently has held several positions
of leadership. He has served on the
Grievance committee for three years and is currently
the Chairman, has served on the MLS
committee and is on the Public Web Site Task
Force. Additionally, Steven is a 2006 graduate
from the Texas REALTOR® Leadership
Program.
