announced a new

to better assist their
Associates to compete
in that market. Their
mission is to become the
real estate provider of
choice for the Luxury home market. KWRI
and its business partner, the Institute for
Luxury Home Marketing, outlined strict
business, educational and financial requirements
for the program.
A review of the KW Heritage statistics
in the Luxury home market in San
Antonio and surrounding areas indicated an
already strong presence in this market.
The Keller Williams Heritage office
in San Antonio formed a core group of
Associates earlier this year to research and
brainstorm how to launch a division within
the office. As a result the core group recommended
implementation of a Luxury homes
group within the Heritage office. David
Jones, Team Leader recently announced the
roll out of the KW Heritage Luxury Homes
division.
Exclusive luxury home branding
materials such as signage, fliers, business
cards and presentation folders with the new
luxury home look are now available for those
who meet or have met the division requirements.
There will be educational events,
property tours, networking, and a website
featuring luxury homes. For more information

UPDATE!!
Effective on case numbers ordered January 1, 2009 and afterwards, the single
family loan amount will be $287,500.00 for Bexar, Bandera, Atascosa, Kendall,
Comal, Guadalupe, Medina and Wilson counties. For all other counties in Texas
the HUD loan limit for single family homes will be $271,050.00.

Builders Association gives thanks to San Antonio’s military
The Greater San Antonio Builders
Association is giving thanks again this
year to men and women of San Antonio’s
military. The Building Believers, a fellowship
of builders and industry professions
within the Association, is honoring active
military guests from Lackland Air Force
Base and the Wounded Warriors at a
Thanksgiving luncheon. The luncheon
was held for 125 men and women
of the military on Wednesday, November
19, 2008 at 11:30 am at the Greater San
Antonio Builders Association.
The Thanksgiving lunch is made
possible through the donation of time,
money and food by local businesses and
GSABA members. HEB has donated 20
turkeys this year and Kiva Kitchen & Bath
is providing all of the Honey Baked Hams.
In addition, many members of the
Building Believers and volunteers have
donated food and their time to honor Lt.
Col. Jeff Jenkins, the active military from
Lackland Air Force Base, and the
Wounded Warriors. The Building
Believers has also "planned" leftovers that
will be sent to Agora Ministries to assist
with feeding the homeless and inner city
families and children Thanksgiving Lunch
on Friday.
The Building Believers is still in
need of donations of money and food. If
