Randy Oliver Earns International Award
The International
Door Association (IDA)
recently awarded Randy
Oliver, President of
Hollywood-Crawford
Door Co., the Jerry R.
Reynolds Volunteer
Leadership Award at the
OLIVER International Garage
Door Exposition. This
year’s Exposition was held at the beautiful
Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Jerry R. Reynolds Volunteer
Leadership Award is given to the IDA member
who has shown to be a leader by volunteering
their time and energy to serve the
association and industry in an exceptional
manner.
Oliver served on the board of directors
of the IDA from 2000-2006 and has continued
to serve the association by traveling
around the country teaching home inspectors
how to properly inspect and test a garage
door system. He also currently serves on the
IDA Advisory Board and has been a workshop
presenter at several of their expositions.
Hollywood-Crawford is currently the
only IDEA Accredited Door Dealer in the
San Antonio area.

Realty! Janet and Elizabeth were the final
two agents in a group of 48 that qualified
through the Blue Rewards Program and
agreed to share the $10,000 grand prize!
The Blue rewards program was
started in the fall of 2008 by Coldwell
Banker D'Ann Harper REALTORS and
encourages sellers to contribute $295 to a
fund in which buyers agents can qualify
for a $10,000 grand prize. This includes

successfully completed all
requirements and has been
all agents from both CBDHR and other
real estate companies. After 48 transactions
the fund has accumulated $10,000
and it is time for a drawing!
On May 20, 2009, CBDHR held
our fourth "last man standing" drawing.
As tension and laughter grew it came
down to the final two eligible agents, Janet
and Elizabeth! When given the offer of
staying in the final drawing for the
$10,000 or splitting it into $5,000 each in
true realtor compromising fashion they
both agreed that a guaranteed $5,000 was
the way to go!!
