Phyllis Browning Adds Two New Agents

A native of Houston, Medrano
attended several colleges and universities,
majoring in Interior Design. After retiring
from Delta Airlines, she decided to pursue
a career in real estate where she has been
a multi-million dollar producer for the
past three years.
Medrano is a member of WCR, has

Hines taught middle school for several
years and worked in the retail industry.
A native of Houston, she received a
Bachelors degree from Stephen F. Austin
University and a Masters in Education
from Lamar University. She is active in
her community, serving as a member of
the Rotary Club of San Antonio and the
Women’s Forum at The Dominion
Country Club and as a sustaining member
of the Junior League of San Antonio.
Both are members of SABOR,
NAR and TAR.
