Did you know you DO NOT have to
have the CRS designation to join CRS and
the Alamo Chapter! All Realtors and
“Friends” are welcome!!
This is what is on the front of our 8
page Alamo Area South Texas CRS Chapter
glossy brochure. As I wind down my year of
being your 2008 president, there are more
and more Realtors and “Friends” who are not
aware they don’t have to have the CRS designation
to join our chapter. Most Realtors
and “Friend” think they have to go to school
– forever – take a bunch of education courses
just to join! This is just no true! The dues to
Realtors to join the Alamo Chapter are only
$60.00 per year. The “Friends” (Non
Realtors, Affiliates) are $120.00 per year.
So you ask …. What does this get me?
For one, networking opportunities. The
Alamo Chapter has bimonthly luncheons at
Sonterra Country Club starting at 11:00am.
Sue Trautner’s installation as the new president
will be December 4th, 2008 and we start
our meeting for 2009….February 19th, April
21st, June 16th, August 18th, October 20th
and December 3rd. This networking entitles
